I really enjoyed my stay at this hidden gem hostel. The courtyard was a peaceful oasis of shade and calm during the summer. The staff were incredibly accommodating, like helpful friends. The gigabit wifi was a great bonus, and it reached everywhere. The full kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meals. The common area was a perfect place to work or study late into the night. The owner of the hostel was one of the kindest and most generous people I've met in my travels. The diverse mix of guests created a homely atmosphere. The breakfast provided was simple but satisfying, with a good variety of options. The bathrooms were always clean and decent.
I do recommend this hostel.

We had a rough night at this hostel - the windows were old and let in all the noise from outside. the beds were as thin as paper and uncomfortable. Our room didn't even have a door, just a corridor. But, the location was great!
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😕.

The location of the hostel was absolutely fantastic, situated right in the heart of the city center. It was a perfect midpoint between the bus station and the main square, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the ability to cancel up to 6pm on the day of arrival was a great option, providing flexibility in case of any unexpected delays.
That the dorm room I stayed in was connected to another room, which resulted in noise from other guests coming and going late at night. Also, on Friday nights, the street noise could be quite disruptive.
